Brief description of Workshop: 

Shodō (Japanese Calligraphy) is one of the traditions of Zen Buddhism. 

Shodō (Japanese Calligraphy) is one of the traditions of Za Zen and with the importance of sessions in Japanese art we will practice words with a summer theme this session. 

Through the workshop you can learn brush control and concentration leading to balance and natural harmony “Mushin” of the mind. 

Beginners and Intermediate are welcome.
